We took a tuition centre's best video from about 4,000 views to 497K, and its account from around 400 followers to 2,594. Then we did what most agencies don't: we tracked which students actually signed up because of it.
Teliti had strong teachers, loyal families and a waiting list built on word of mouth. Online, it was a different story: an account of 350–450 followers, and a best-ever video of around 4,000 views. Word of mouth is powerful, but it only travels as far as your current families do.
The same five-step process we run for every client.
Audited the account, the competition and what parents and students actually search for.
A 12-month content calendar and 125 content ideas across five content pillars.
Scripted, teacher-led Reels with shot direction and editing. Every video opens with a reach-focused hook.
Social SEO on every caption, the profile and YouTube descriptions, posted on a planned monthly calendar.
Added a “How did you find us?” question to Teliti's registration form, then analysed every sign-up against it.
Since February 2026, 26 Reels have earned 1.3M+ views, including three above 100K. Followers passed 2,000 within five months and now sit at 2,594. In the latest 30 days (4 October – 3 November 2026), six Reels reached 389K viewers and earned 11K saves and 7.9K shares.
Figures from Instagram Insights as of November 2026. Many Reels were published as collaborations with tutor and branch accounts.
Followers and views are nice. Students are the point. We analysed 708 registration forms. From 8 June 2026, when the tracking question went live, 166 registrations told us exactly how each student found Teliti.
How students found Teliti, 8 June – 28 October 2026 (166 registrations). Referrals still lead, but more than a third of registrations now arrive through digital channels: social media, Google and AI chatbots.
Students who found Teliti on social media were far more likely to be in a make-or-break exam year, and far more likely to choose the teacher they'd already watched on camera. They also came from much further away: Sabah, Melaka, Negeri Sembilan and Penang. People don't fall for a tuition centre's logo. They fall for the teacher who finally makes Add Maths make sense.
Share of each teacher's new students (since 8 June 2026) who found Teliti through social media. Teachers with 15 or more students shown. The teachers who appear on camera fill their own classes.
“Grew from 350–450 to 2,000+ followers in 5 months. Our videos started going viral, sign-ups increased, and the whole process was systematic, creative, and easy to work with.”
Tracking isn't there to make a report look good. It's there to show what to fix next. Here's what the data told us to change:
Only 22% of social media students took two or more subjects, vs 40% from referrals. Next: subject bundles in every call to action.
Google brought in 29 registrations to social media's 23. Next: search gets the same attention as Reels.
“Social media” is too broad to optimise. Next: track by platform and by video, so every post can be tied to sign-ups.
November to January is Teliti's busiest intake. Next: the strongest teacher-led content goes out before it.
Format beats frequency. Tracking beats guessing.
In a free 15-minute audit, we'll look at your content and tell you what's working, what isn't, and what we'd fix first. No fluff, no vanity metrics.
